O.K. all - I know I have been away for quite some time now. BUT - With the upcoming election - I have an honest / heartfelt question. Most of you have dealt with John McCain for several years. I have only what the media (and most of you will remember how I feel about the media) has relayed about this man to go off of. The same holds true for the Dem side of the fence. I can not stand Billery - 'nuff said there. Obama seems to be a very intelligent man - somewhat misguided at times - but worthy of consideration.

I do not want to see / hear mile long diatribes filled with party loyalty and bashing. I mearly want some honest, open minded opinions of these 2 men - especially McCain. As I've said - most of you have dealt with him in your local government for several years. I'm looking for some good, educated dialogue on what each of these 2 have to offer this country. I don't want to go to the polls this year having to choose "the lesser of 2 evils" as I have in the past.

AND - Indie - not to pick on you, but just have this feeling you might chime in on my comment on Hillary - it's NOT that she is a woman - I just can not STAND her, her husband, or their ways of the past and present. Ruthless, is the only word I can think of to describe either of them. It's my opinion - and I am entitled to it.

So - there's the challenge of the day - 100 words or less - convince me one or the other candidate deserves my valuable vote.

.......And Thank you for your support of the Worthless Nut
