This is not the first time the Republicans have pulled their Boehner. What will it take for the message to sink in with these people? /span>/span>/span>
/span>/span> /span>
It seems it is business as usual for the Republicans barely more than a day out of the chute following a resounding rebuke of their bankrupt tactics of division and fear to gain and maintain power at all costs. /span>/span>/span>
/span>/span>/span>
In a statement by House Republican Minority Whip John Boehner, R-Ohio the Republican establishment criticized President-elect Barack Obama's appointment of Rep. Rahm Emanuel, D-Ill., as White House chief of staff. /span>/span>/span>
/span>/span> /span>
Representative Boehner said “This is an ironic choice for a President-elect who has promised to change Washington, make politics more civil, and govern from the center …” /span>/span> /span>
/span>/span> /span>
Size does count. This is a Boehner of huge dimensions in the Republican Party. Does he speak for the Republican Party? If so, the party is over. /span>/span> /span>
/span>/span> /span>
My advice to the Republican Party? S/span>/span>/span>hape up or ship out. Just get on board the ship of state before it leaves port without you./span>/span>/span>

Digg It!

Fortunately not all Republicans exhibit Boner’s Pavlovian reflex. There are many good Real Conservatives (not the NeoCoNazi type) that are able to control their political autonomous responses and will crew the ship of state for the sake of America./span>
