… and the dufus Oblivious Maximus is pitching more concessions!

Who’s Hu in this visit by the Chinese Communist head of state?  Well, first Hu’s in town.  "Which town?", you might ask.  Try Seattle, WA.  Hu thumbed his nose at Bush by spending time with Bill Gates and touring the Boeing plant while Bush sat on his thumb.

But that’s probably good, because this dufus in the White House has to wait a few days to give away the company store.

The news just today claimed that some 200 Chinese made shoulder-to-air missiles where to be shipped into the U.S. through the Oakland port.  Communist China of course operates some of the Port of Oakland's facilites.  The Chinese military was suspected of having a part, but the connection hasn’t been proven.  Here is some light background reading for you: China Threat: US Bound Cargo Security Check Under PRC’s Control    

And then there is the quietly tightening stranglehold on our ability to support our military worldwide.  For more background, see Communist China Runs the Panama Canal?!?  

And China is aggressively challenging the world for natural resources.  This is taking place right here in the Western hemisphere, enabled by the decidedly unfriendly turn of leadership in South America and Mexico.  Take Oil as an example.  China has a huge and growing thirst for oil.  It is essential for its continued economic expansion and to support its military buildup.  But China isn’t competing so much on the world market as it is going for control of the well heads in countries that are “friendly” and not so friendly to the United States.  It is even eyeing Iraq. 

Ironically this effort is funded with hard currency from the 200 billion dollar (U$) plus trade deficit America has with China.  The pattern that is emerging here is that China has a master plan and is diligently implementing it.  America has no coherent long-term strategy, except Corporate Greed.

The various dimensions of the Chinese strategy is being reinforced with the hard steel rebar of an ambitious modernization and buildup of its military.  China is not really all that secretive about its preparation to wrest leadership from the United States, starting with the Pacific theater.  If you don’t believe it, start here in your research.  China Threat: Military Power  

Short of war, a more immediate threat is that America isn’t competing at all well with China.  The Chinese peg their Yaun to the Dollar (U$) at an artificially and substantially low rate to make American imports to China uncompetitive and to make Chinese imports to America extremely competitive.  China’s economy has burgeoned at a plus 10% annual rate for at least two decades.  It was mentioned on the news today that a segment of the Chinese population equivalent to the population of Iowa is moving into manufacturing each month – this while we lose manufacturing jobs and ship whole companies to China.  For your education and pleasure, read China Threat: Economic Fire Breathing Dragon and The Brave New World of the Great American Consumer  

Furthemore, we are now buying our technology from China.  China was allowed to buy IBM’s PC division about three years ago.  Now our government is buying Chinese.  China has taken the lead away from America in the production of personnal computers, as well as some other things.  China Threat: Communist PCs in our State Department

Our dufus “leadership” is in full throttle to sell America down the drain for short-sighted economic gain.  Hu knows.  He is being very Chinese in his patience and long-term planning.  That idiot in the White House and his crony regime is not even in the same league, let alone the ballpark.
