It seems our favorite nickname is back in the news, for Scottie McClellan has written a book, that includes something that makes real Republotard He-Men cringe with dread - Scottie incuded some truth. Not Fox News Truthiness (TM) or Bush Administration bulls***, but actual, factual truth. And it is the ray of sunshine that is going to be the death of the Bush Vampires.

It seems Mr McClellan unknowingly lied, in press conferences, because Emperor Chuckle Nuts lied to him ...

In an excerpt from his forthcoming book, McClellan recounts the 2003 news conference in which he told reporters that aides Karl Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby were "not involved" in the leak involving operative Valerie Plame.

"There was one problem. It was not true," McClellan writes, according to a brief excerpt released Monday. "I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest-ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the vice president, the president's chief of staff and the president himself."

Now, some think it is more important to play gotcha by misquoting talk show hosts, than it is to find the truth about the worst case of treason against the USA since at least the Rosenbergs, if not Benedict Arnold. But I believe that it is very troubling to learn that the President of the USA directed a cover up to protect a traitor, and possibly a conspiracy to commit treason by Scooter Libby, Karl Rove and Richard Armitage. I'm sure there are those who feel it is a higher civic duty to scream about brown skinned people, or cry about high taxes, but it seems to me that Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald will likely disagree.

Scott Horton from Harper's writes "This is certainly not conclusive evidence that Bush lied to Fitzgerald. But it provides another basis to suspect that he did. And if he did, his decision to pardon Scooter Libby has to be seen in an entirely different light. Bush was using the pardon power to protect himself by sweeping the entire affair under the carpet."

So, Bush's pardon was likely used to protect his own law breaking, everything Republicans said about this issue was wrong and based on lies, and once again us crazy lefty lunatics were 100% right!

So, to recap, Bush has failed with tax cuts, redistribution of wealth upwards, free trade, THE G.W.O.T, Afghanistan, Iraq, Katrina, $9 trillion in debt, and lastly he came in on the wrong side of a case of treason. How much better off would the world be if Gore had won in 2000?
