Kevin Phillips, the author of American Theocracy, postulates that there are five political and policy endgames in play today.  The adherents of these visions for the world are shaping events as their agendas unfold.  To understand what is happening to us, we need to view those events through the prism of these game plans.

The first three endgames are loosely related, and revolve around economic concerns.  They are:

  • Depletion of resources
  • Resource wars
  • Huge Corporate profits

The fourth may be the real sleeper issue.  The greedy powers that be see the environmental issues through eyes blinded by accountants’ shades – the bottom liners are all consumed with profit – but Mother Nature doesn’t give a hoot about that.  And we’ve got her attention!

The last is the most frightening, because these true believers have gained the kind of leverage that I predicted and feared four or five decades ago.  They are a threat to the rest of us because their agenda is unconcerned with the environment that sustains the human population.

Promotion of doomsday Biblical Prophecy to validate their interpretations of scripture, and their very existence, is their only concern.  They don't need no stinking environment because they will be whisked away to the golden streets of heaven while the great unwashed masses get what they deserve - extinction.

These people must not gain control of the levers of power, or we will be turned to the task of realizing their end-times vision.

Republican_VPSister Sarah is their prophetess from the wilderness, and the end-times may be at hand if she can slip in belatedly through the McBush campaign’s callouMcGrahams disregard for our nation and the world in its single-minded grab for power.

If they have their way with us, the first four endgames become irrelevant.
