Suggestions

1) garaunteed universal healthcare coverage for all citizens of munincipality.This would reduce the uninsured by hundreds of thousands in one swoop.

Nice thought, but where does the money come from this little program. What are you willing to give up for this? Or are we to assume that an increase on the highest 1-10% of wage earners will pay for it, remembering that these people already have health insurance.

2)public transit that runs 24/7/365.this would reduce depency on cars and foreign oil and revitalize Main Street(aka Downtown) making it a destination that all would be welcome to and would want to come to.

And what would motivate people to ride the system. We have many bus routes today and a great many run late enough to be used by thousands more than do right now. How do you suggest we get people to use it. Are you going to legislate our freedom to own and operate motor vehicles away?

3)Bike paths on streets and parks.this would lead to a healthier population.bicycling is one of the best exercises that a person can get.

Are you planning to tell us that we have to use these paths once per week, twice, or more? It's actually a good idea, I would love to ride more on the weekends and be able to do it in town but it is not going to work when you consider the commute times and distances in a city like greater Phoenix today. Again, do you plan to legislate our rights to motor vehicles away to make us use these or will we be required to work at one of the local collectives.

4)business grants for entreprenuers.This would bring money and jobs to small towns by making my town a hub for all business,not just for certain sectors.I would make the grants easy to apply for and make them universally available for all sectors of labor not just for certain technologies.

We have many grants available for small businesses, problem is you have to be an immigrant to qualify for most of the low interest or no interest loans and/or grants available, many of these are up to $300,000.00 just to get you going your first year.

Also, having money available for "all secotrs" is not being realistic as many sectors have been found to be unable to create a profit, dare I mention the buggy whip industry. Again you bring up socialism (an equality of outcome based system*) as though it is interchangable with capitalism which is based on risk and reward. Note*: this equality usually ends in everyone being equaly broke and miserable.

5)provide seperate grants for artists of all kinds to build in my community.this will provide for art galleries,sculptures in parks,theater houses and much more.This would bring life into the community and would balance the ambience with those nice restaurants and bars in the Main Street sector.

This last one I just have to laugh at. It's a nice thought but lets get real. Special grants to build museums, art galleries and parks. These are all things that the city, county, state of feds already pay for. And when they do not it is generally a community that gets together and raises the funds because they want it. If you build such a place as this mythical city of yours, I fear the people will be most irritable and unhappy as they are forced to conform to your societal demands. And demand is exactly what you will have to do to get people to hand over thier cars, their freedom of mobility, their rights to be free to chose whether  or not they drive to work alone or with their manditory ride share partner, to decide if they want to drive of ride their bike, or to just decide they just don't want to pay the enormous tax rates to have a business in their town that is not subsidized because it can not make a profit on what it sells.

Utopia as you have discribed it is a great dream, but it is nothing but a dream,  a dream that kills the dreams of the individual in place of the collective dream of being equal, another dream that steals from people who have natural talents and abilities.
