as I have said before, I am trying to start a enterprise. Incorrectly, Average American said you need to be an immigrant to qualify for a sba loan. this is not true. first, you need your business plan. second you need thirty percent of the money borroed and third you need collateral like real estate or something. these are things that well to do americans have. and further more, the sba does not loan you the money, the bank does.

so how does a person start a business if they have no money. they must do there best to sell their idea to somebody and attain a business partnership that is how.

so to tell you the truth, the average american is out of luck with the sba unless they have a wealthy benefactor helping them.
